  Originally constructed as offices for the BC Workers Compensation Board, 5255 Heather Street was given over to the RCMP during the 1970s to join in the growing headquarters of the RCMP’s ‘E’ Division. The building became vacant after the RCMP moved to their new headquarters in Surrey which was completed at the end of 2012. In 2014 the building transferred to the Public Health Services Authority which has rented it out to film productions. — recorded for When We Rise by MovieMaps. Not yet verified by us.
