Constructed by First National Studios in 1926, this studio was acquired by Warner Bros. in a 1928 merger and became their headquarters when they closed their Sunset Boulevard studio in 1937. The facility consists of 36 sound stages, a 2,000,000-gallon water tank in Stage 16, numerous office buildings, and an extensive backlot in a variety of styles including a New York Street, Midwestern Town, and more.
